On the front lawn of the courthouse. We'll send detailed arrival instructions after booking.
Where do we park ?
Parking is available in the public lots surrounding the Hamilton County Courthouse and is managed through the ParkMobile app. There is also metered street parking available nearby.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow plenty of time to find parking, walk to the ceremony location, and settle in before your scheduled ceremony time.

Our Courthouse Lawn Ceremonies are held rain or shine. A little rain won't stop your wedding day! Come prepared with umbrellas, smiles, and a sense of adventure, and we'll take care of the rest. No matter the forecast, we're committed to getting you married.

Can our family and friends attend?Absolutely! We understand that celebrating with family and friends is an important part of the day for many couples.
While we recommend keeping your guest count to 10 or fewer for the most relaxed and intimate experience, we completely understand if your closest crew extends beyond that.
Our Courthouse Lawn Ceremonies are intentionally designed to be quick, easy, and stress-free. To keep everything running smoothly, we ask that you and your guests arrive on time and ready to begin. We'll do the same by being there, prepared, and ready to celebrate with you.
Keep in mind that larger groups naturally take a little more time to gather, organize, and settle in, which can create unnecessary stress and delays on what should be a simple, joyful experience.

Our Courthouse Lawn Ceremonies typically last 5–15 minutes, depending on how you've chosen to personalize your ceremony.
Whether you prefer a simple exchange of vows or would like to include personal vows, a ring exchange, or a few meaningful touches, we'll make sure your ceremony feels special while keeping the experience easy, relaxed, and efficient.
Do we need witnesses?
No! Tennessee no longer requires witnesses to sign your marriage license, so if it's just the two of you, there's nothing extra you need to arrange.
One less thing to worry about! Simply bring your marriage license, arrive ready to say "I do," and we'll take care of officiating your ceremony and signing your license. It's all part of keeping your wedding day simple, stress-free, and easy.

Can we bring our own photographer ?
Absolutely! You're welcome to hire your own photographer to capture your ceremony and celebrate your day in your own style.
We're happy to work alongside your photographer and help select the best location on the courthouse grounds for the ceremony based on lighting, weather, and the best photo opportunities. Our goal is to make sure your ceremony is both meaningful and beautifully documented
Can we reschedule?Yes! We understand that plans can change.
You're welcome to reschedule your ceremony one time at no additional charge, provided we receive at least 7 days' notice before your scheduled ceremony.
Any additional reschedules, or requests made with less than 7 days' notice, are subject to a $100 rescheduling fee.
